Haryana plans India’s tallest building in 1,000-acre Global City Project near Gurugram
Haryana is planning to construct India’s tallest building as the centrepiece of its ambitious Global City project, a 1,000-acre integrated urban development coming up along the Dwarka Expressway near Gurugram. The project is currently at the proposal and Request for Proposal (RFP) stage, with the bidding process yet to begin, state cabinet minister Rao Narbir Singh said.
HSVP to develop new residential sectors in Gurugram, Faridabad
HSVP officials said apart from Gururgam, they will procure land in Faridabad to develop sectors 94A, 96, 99, 101, 102, 103, 140, 141, and 142 as residential sectors. There are plans to develop sector 100 as a commercial sector. Additionally, sector 96A and Sector 97A will be developed as public and semi-public sectors, they added.

trumpet interchange along Dwarka Expressway to connect the upcoming Global City and Vision City projects.
The underground trumpet interchange will provide signal-free connectivity between the expressway and the two upcoming residential and commercial hubs.

गुरुग्राम शहर में बढ़ते ट्रैफिक जाम से राहत देने और प्रमुख एक्सप्रेसवे को बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी देने के लिए गुरुग्राम महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण (GMDA) ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। जीएमडीए ने सदर्न पेरिफेरल रोड (SPR) पर करीब 754 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से एलिवेटेड रोड बनाने के लिए टेंडर जारी कर दिया है।
अधिकारियों के अनुसार टेंडर 22 अप्रैल को खोला जाएगा और इसके आवंटन के बाद करीब 30 महीने में यह एलिवेटेड रोड बनकर तैयार हो जाएगी।

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी Delhi से सटे Gurugram में ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं. इसी दिशा में वाटिका चौक से NH-48 तक सदर्न पेरिफेरल रोड (SPR) पर सिग्नल फ्री एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर बनाने की योजना तैयार की गई है. इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए 22 अप्रैल को टेंडर खोले जाएंगे और इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री Nayab Singh Saini की अध्यक्षता में होने वाली बैठक में कार्य आवंटित किया जाएगा.
